Private lessons are available every Wednesday at  1  PM or 4 PM. Half hour lesson is $35.00   You can text me at 469-682-9558 if you have any questions.

Cost is $20.00 per genre for 4 lessons per month. You can pick whatever lessons or how many you want

​You must be a member of the Frisco Senior Center and you can buy a yearly membership that gives you full access to all activities or pay by the month for$10.00.

Multi Genre Open Dance Practice. every Wednesday from 4 PM until 4:45 PM. We will play music that corresponds with the two genres that were taught that day.  We will play other dance genre  music by request. There are usually  2 or 3 extra skilled guy  dancers available to practice at no cost. There is a $3.00 fee  for non members.

Get addicted to fun.  We start with easy, senior level steps and work our way up to more fun steps. Make new friends who also enjoy being physically and mentally active.  Einstein Medical  in New York City published  a 10 year study that said the act of learning new dance steps is the single best activity you can do to stave off dementia. I have the study if you want a copy.

Please come 30 minutes early for the first lesson as it takes some time to get everyone signed in.
